Rahul Adlakha built the Akira app as a Free app. This SERVICE is provided by Rahul Adlakha at no cost and is intended for use as is.

This page is used to inform visitors regarding my policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use my Service.

If you choose to use my Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that I collect is used for providing and improving the Service. I will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, which are accessible at Akira unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.

• Google Play Services

Location 

The app requires to access user's location even when the app is not running in foreground, for the proper functioning of the app. This requires proper permissions given by the users' themselves to access their device's location. The user is also explained in the app as to why the permissions are required and the user can deny the app access to their location if he/she is unwilling to share such sensitive data with the app. No location data is stored on any servers. Rahul Adlakha would not be held responsible for any leak of location or other data since no such data is stored on any servers. Bear in mind that SMS service is used to share location to other users' whom this user has approved to receive location. The SMS data might be readable to service providers and Rahul Adlakha takes no responsibility for any network threats or location data being read by a third party by manipulating your device's network.

Log Data

I want to inform you that whenever you use my Service, in a case of an error in the app I collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing my Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
